Our goal is to help individuals transition toward long-term housing stability through temporary housing and supportive community partnerships.

Housing opportunities may include emergency placement, rapid rehousing support, veteran referrals, domestic violence support, and select re-entry placements.

Through temporary housing and housing-focused support, we aim to help individuals transition from crisis situations toward greater independence and long-term housing stability.

Provides up to 4 months of housing and supportive services.
When space allows, we offer short-term emergency placement for adults facing immediate housing instability.
This phase focuses on:
• Immediate safety and stabilization
• Intake and assessment
• Resource connection and support planning
Emergency placement is designed to provide temporary relief while determining the most appropriate next step toward stability.

Provides up to 4 months housing and supportive services.
Provides temporary housing and supportive services for individuals working toward permanent housing stability.
We offer short-term housing for adults transitioning from homelessness or housing instability.
This phase focuses on:

• Transition planning toward permanent housing
Rapid rehousing is designed to serve as a temporary bridge while individuals work toward stable, long-term housing solutions.

Provides up to 24 months of housing and supportive services.
Provides housing referral support for individuals connected to Continuum of Care programs and community-based services.
We work with agencies, case managers, and referral partners to help provide temporary housing opportunities for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
This phase focuses on:

Continuum of Care referrals are intended to help individuals access stable housing opportunities while working toward long-term housing solutions.

Provides 6-24 months of housing and supportive services.
Provides temporary housing support for adults experiencing domestic violence or unsafe living conditions.
We offer a supportive living environment focused on helping individuals transition toward safety, stability, and long-term housing solutions.
This phase focuses on:

Domestic violence housing support is intended to provide temporary stability while individuals work toward safe and permanent housing solutions.

Provides up to a maximum of 48 months of supportive services.
Provides temporary housing support for veterans working toward stable and permanent housing solutions.
We work with veterans connected to programs such as HUD-VASH, SSVF, Continuum of Care referrals, and other community-based veteran services.

Veteran housing support is intended to provide temporary stability while veterans work toward long-term and permanent housing solutions.

Provides up to 24 months of housing and supportive services.
Provides temporary housing support for individuals transitioning back into the community following incarceration or other institutional placement.
Housing opportunities may be available for individuals seeking a stable and supportive environment while working toward employment, community reintegration, and permanent housing.
Placement consideration is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be limited for certain offenses or safety concerns.

My Home Away From Home (MHAFH)

Meals are not provided on a regular basis. However, food may occasionally be available during special events or community support efforts. Transportation assistance is provided through monthly bus passes, and a public bus stop is located approximately one block away.

No. Individuals may contact us directly regarding housing availability. However, referrals from case managers, agencies, veterans programs, and community partners are also accepted.
